NEXT Graduate Trainee - Operations Management

岗位职责：
1. 协助团队落实反洗钱（AML）、反恐融资、客户身份识别（KYC）、FATCA/CRS 等合规要求在运营相关流程中的执行。
2. 支持收集和整理保险监管政策信息，协助跟踪相关政策在运营环节的落地情况。
3. 协助组织并参与面向运营团队的合规与风险意识培训材料准备及宣导活动。
4. 在指导下完成反洗钱、反欺诈等日常基础性工作，如数据整理、初步筛查、文档归档等。
5. 协助维护关键风险指标（KRI）数据，支持日常运营风险监控及合规类报告的基础数据整理工作。
6. 配合完成内外部审计、监管检查、自评估项目及系统优化等专项工作的支持性任务。
7. 协助处理与运营相关的客户信息管理及流程支持工作。

岗位要求：
1. 为人正直，诚信可靠，具备良好的职业道德。
2. 学习能力强，工作积极主动，具备良好的沟通协调能力与团队合作精神。
3. 责任心强，做事细致耐心，愿意在合规与风险管理领域长期发展。
4. 2025年或2026年应届毕业生，专业不限，金融、法律、经济、管理、数学、统计、信息技术等相关专业优先。
5. 具备优秀的商务英语读写能力，能阅读英文政策或材料者优先。
6. 具有数字化思维，对数据敏感，熟悉Office办公软件（Excel、PPT等）。
7. 具备客户服务意识，愿意从一线支持工作做起，逐步成长为专业人才。
