Over an intensive 12 to 24-month journey, you will become part of our company's transformation. You will rotate through various commercial and technical departments-in Germany and worldwide-and support Bosch as a strategic sparring partner abroad. Your mission: challenge existing processes, drive change, and achieve challenging, meaningful goals.​

Your academic foundation:​
You have graduated with an outstanding Master's degree or Diploma and have set relevant academic priorities. Perhaps you already bring an MBA, PhD, or initial work experience
