Graduate Development Programme

Supply Services Specialist - Graduate Development Programme (GDP)
Warsaw, Poland

As a Graduate, you will have a chance to join a fast-track 18-24 months (full-time), cross-function program for young talents with regional cooperation and dedicated regional development plan, having the freedom to gain hands-on experience with some of the world's most leading consumer products. It will enable you to gain an extensive view of the business and speed up your career!
During the program, you will go through 3 rotations within the business functions/team in Supply Chain (Supply Excellence, Embellishment & Logistics, Demand Planning).

Your responsibilities

During 1st rotation, you'll:
* Support preparation for new launches from supply perspective
* Keep track on the projects' timelines to ensure implementation on time
* Lead communication with the factories in the execution phase
* Lead process of portfolio review & simplification.
* Review product innovation post-launch

The experience we're looking for

* University undergrads/graduates who have recently completed a degree or will complete their degree in 2024
* Analytical skills
* Very good Excel & Power Point skills
* Very good knowledge of English (speaking and writing)
* Ability to work in full-time
* Leadership potential, high interpersonal skills and strong passion for sales
* Excellent communication and social skills
* Preferably already bringing some experience (internship, student organization, etc.)
* Ideally internationally mobile
