Lenovo ISG (Infrastructure Solutions Group) Lenovo Procurement Operations is looking for a fresh graduate to join our ISG team as an Associate Procurement Specialist.
This entry-level role is designed for campus talent, offering exposure to global supply chain and procurement operations, opportunities to collaborate with cross-functional and international teams, and development in analytical, business, and communication skills.
You will build a strong foundation for a long-term career within Lenovo's global procurement and supply chain organization.
What You Will Do
As part of the Procurement Operations team, you will:
* Gain hands-on exposure to end-to-end procurement operations, compliance, and business controls
* Support supplier management, procurement governance, and operational processes
* Work on projects across different commodity areas and procurement functions
* Collaborate with teams including Procurement, Finance, Legal, Supply Chain, and Digital
* Have the opportunity to explore rotational exposure across Global Commodity Management (GCM) and Procurement Business Management (PBM)
Key Responsibilities
* Procurement Operations Compliance
* Support procurement processes such as RFQ, contracts, pricing updates, and approvals
* Assist in monitoring compliance, governance, and operational execution
* Support reporting, scorecards, and performance tracking
* Assist in audit preparation and documentation
* Supplier Risk Management
* Support supplier compliance and governance activities
* Assist in supply risk analysis, data collection, and issue follow-up
* Coordinate supplier documentation with internal stakeholders
* Support activities such as rebates, payments, and supplier tracking
* Data Process Management
* Support procurement systems, tools, and dashboards
* Perform basic data analysis and reporting
* Contribute to process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives
* Support digitalization and automation projects
* Cross-functional Collaboration
* Work closely with global teams and stakeholders
* Participate in training, team projects, and knowledge sharing
* Support continuous improvement initiatives across procurement operations
Basic Qualifications
Who We Are Looking For
* Bachelor's degree (or graduating soon) in:
* Supply Chain, Business, Engineering
* Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science
* Finance or related fields
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Good communication and teamwork abilities
* Proficient in English (written and spoken)
* Familiar with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications
* Exposure to data analytics, coding, or automation tools
* Familiarity with Power BI, SQL, Python, VBA, or Power Automate
* Experience with data analysis, dashboards, or reporting projects (internships or school projects)
* Interest in digital transformation, AI, or supply chain analytics
* Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
