As an Assistant, you will work on various projects where different industries in which EY is acknowledged as a market leader: Financial Services, Energy & Utilities, Oil & Gas, Government & Public Sector, Telecommunications, Media & Entertaintment, Diversified Industrial Products, Automotive, Health, Retail and Consumer Products, Technology, Real Estate and etc.

What We're Looking For
* Strong Academic Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Economics, or other related field from a reputable university
* Analytical & Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, SAP, or similar) and experience or interest in emerging technologies like AI, Machine Learning, and Robotic Process Automation
* Communication Skills: Proficiency in English and Turkish language (both written and verbal)
* Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to approach complex challenges with structured thinking and innovative solutions, while demonstrating critical thinking
* Understanding of Digital Transformation: Awareness or interest in digital transformation trends and their impact on industries
* Team Collaboration & Adaptability: Strong ability to work in a team environment and adapt to dynamic, fast-paced project settings.
* Project Management Interest: Basic understanding or willingness to learn about project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.)
