Inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee - Order Fulfillment
The position is responsible for procurement operation.

Key Responsibilities:
* Handling order processing, shipment, and delivery of orders to the customer.
* Be a SPOC & Develop strong working relationship with suppliers for driving On-time deliveries
* Wherever required, act as a supplier representative for internal stakeholders to put forward supplier concerns.
* Backlogs management, proactively communicate changes/delays and make known to internal teams/client for alternative options whenever possible to mitigate delays
* Highly pro-active
* Support the process until Procurement Close-out
* Negotiation skills to work with suppliers and make better deals for the company
* Able to drive activities to achieve the results
* Ability to cope with pressure and adapt to situation/process requirements
* Prepare reports and update as & when required

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum qualifications
* B.Com Graduate or above, preferably mechanical engineering or other related majors
* Good at English B2 communication
* Strong Good working knowledge on Electrical or Mechanical or Instrumentation commodities.
* Excellent knowledge on product design, manufacturing, testing activities & lead time.
* Strong interpersonal skills to work with team members, clients, and suppliers
* Good communication, negotiation, influencing and presentation skills.

Preferred qualifications
* Procurement relevant working experience a plus
* candidate must also be willing to visit supplier works on need basis
* Familiarity with ERP tools
