The Position

Medical Value Partner, Onco-Hematology

A healthier future. It's what drives us to innovate. To continuously advance science and ensure everyone has access to the healthcare they need today and for generations to come. Creating a world where we all have more time with the people we love. That's what makes us Roche.
This Medical Value Partner role is a vital link between cutting-edge science and clinical practice within our Onco-Hematology franchise. You will build high-impact, trust-based partnerships with healthcare professionals and other key stakeholders, providing hands-on, expert support for complex, advanced therapies. We are looking for someone with a growth mindset and a deep passion for science, and previous pharmaceutical industry experience is required.
The central mission of this role is to provide dedicated, high-science support to specialists during the critical phase of managing treatment & technologies with bispecific monoclonal antibodies.

The Opportunity
* Act as the primary point of contact, providing expert, hands-on support to clinicians on the practical application of our advanced onco-haematology therapies.
* Offer essential guidance to specialists regarding compassionate use programmes and navigating post-trial access.
* Establish and cultivate robust relationships with key opinion leaders, medical institutions, and payers through strategic scientific dialogue.
* Partnership with Access and Commercial Teams: as a core scientific and clinical resource, translating complex medical insights from the field into actionable strategies for our Market Access and Commercial teams.
* Gather, analyse, and interpret relevant clinical insights directly from the field, converting this intelligence into strategic recommendations to inform our internal strategy.
* Thrive in this specialized, field-based role where over 80% of your time is spent in partnership with clinicians and stakeholders.

Who you are
* You possess a background or equivalent experience that demonstrates a deep understanding of the healthcare, medical, or scientific fields, preferably with exposure to oncology or hematology.
* You have a fluency in scientific dialogue and the ability to translate complex medical concepts into clear, meaningful conversations with specialist audiences.
* You demonstrate the ability to manage complex problems and find practical solutions.
* You have a high capacity for listening and empathising, enabling you to build long-term relationships based on trust and scientific credibility.
* You are proficient in English, allowing you to engage fluently in technical and strategic conversations.

Preferred
* You approach challenges with an open mind, demonstrating a growth mindset and a commitment to continuous learning in a dynamic environment.
* You thrive on working in an integrated and collaborative way with diverse teams (Access, Commercial, Medical).
