You will support the delivery of data-driven solutions that help lenders and businesses make smarter decisions across the credit lifecycle. This is an ideal opportunity for a motivated professional with early corporate experience to learn from industry experts in a hands-on environment.

Join our team as a Product Associate, reporting directly to a Senior Product Leader. You will be instrumental in supporting the daily management and enhancement of our core product suite, collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring innovative solutions to the Australian and New Zealand markets.

What you'll do
* Support Roadmap Execution: Assist Senior Product Leaders in tracking and delivering the product roadmap for the Consumer portfolio, ensuring tasks and milestones remain on schedule.
* Market & Competitor Research: Conduct desktop research and analyse market trends to help the team understand lender needs and identify opportunities for product improvement.
* Documentation & Requirements: Help draft and maintain Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) and user stories to ensure clear communication of features to engineering and delivery teams.
* Backlog Management: Assist in managing the product backlog and daily administrative tasks within our project management tools to keep workflows organised and prioritised.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Marketing, Sales, and Legal teams to support the creation of collateral, training materials, and documentation required for product launches.
* Data Analysis & Reporting: Track and report on key product performance metrics (such as adoption rates and revenue) to support data-driven decision-making.
* Testing Support: Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and quality assurance processes to ensure our solutions meet customer expectations before launch.
* Customer Feedback Analysis: Consolidate and review customer feedback data to help the team uncover pain points and validate product hypotheses.

What experience you need
* 1+ year of corporate experience in a professional environment (internships included); experience in product, financial services, technology, or operations is a plus.
* Strong organisational skills: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, pay attention to detail, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Analytical mindset: Comfort working with data and using tools like Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets to extract insights and build simple reports.
* Excellent communication skills: Clear written and verbal communication abilities, with the confidence to work with various internal stakeholders.
* Team collaboration: A proven track record of working effectively within a team to achieve shared goals.
* Tertiary qualification: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
* Interest in Product Management: A genuine interest in building a career in Product Management and the FinTech industry.

What could set you apart
* Experience using collaboration and planning tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Aha could be helpful
* Previous exposure to the financial services, lending, or credit risk industries.
* Basic understanding of Agile methodologies or the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
