General job description * Receipt, release and shipment of cargo; * Provide support in the definition, review, implementation and improvement of organizational processes, operational flows and performance indicators of the sector; * Issuing reports of loads in the warehouse and en route of vendors drivers with daily accountability of the operational activities and routines of the sector; * Support in coordination of operational teams activities (Handlers) * Monitoring Vendors Drivers activities * Control and handling of pending issues and returns; * Monitoring of indicators and accountability to management and external customers, when necessary prepare material and presentations, including participation in meetings with customers. * May be required to perform other duties as assigned Education: * High school diploma/equivalent. Proficiency in English * Valid Drivers License and good driving record.
