Job Title: Group Supply Chain CX Transformation Lead - Americas
City: São Paulo
As a Group Supply Chain CX Transformation Lead - Americas, based in Brazil, where you will work closely with team members on diverse, cross-functional initiatives that foster growth, engagement, and effective communication across the organization.

Your key responsibilities
* Deploy & Support
* Lead deployment & reporting of digital solutions, measuring adoption and success metrics to ensure the deployed solutions meet the business requirements and expectations.
* Conduct training sessions for regional teams in local language if needed, including deployment and ongoing skill enhancement session, including tailoring material or translation in local language if needed.
* Oversee and coordinate the deployment of digital solutions (Starting with CX360 Project: CRM Microsoft Dynamics - Services) within the assigned region.
* Ensure deployment timelines, deliverables, and milestones are achieved in alignment with global and related business Goals.
* Regional Liaison & Global Alignment
* Act as the liaison between the Americas region (North and South America) and Global Teams (Group and Business units), ensuring strong alignment between regional execution and global strategy.
* Represent regional needs, specificities, and priorities toward Group and BU stakeholders, ensuring they are clearly understood and appropriately addressed in global initiatives and projects.
* Translate global objectives, solutions and methodologies into regional execution, adapting them to local requirements while maintaining alignment with global standards.
* Ensure continuous two-way communication between the region and global teams, fostering transparency, collaboration, alignment and timely decision-making.
* Monitor & Report
* Report to relevant stakeholders (Group and BU), the results of deployment and adoption maturity.
* Ensure teams follow the agreed deployment methodology e.g., Train the Trainers, based on CoE.
* Management of specific regional requirements and needs, communicating and escalating relevant project issues during & after deployments.
* Support CX BU data management and acting as BU data steward for CX related data.
* Understand business needs and specificities.
* Act as regional advocate reporting to BU and Group the needs/requirements related to digital tools and processes of designated region.
You Bring
* A bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering or related field.
* Experience in deployment of new solutions (process & Digital) in the Customer experience area, based on anlytics, insights and strategy.
* Experience in Project Management and out of the box thinking on new solutions to improve the experience of our customers and our Teams,
* Experience in Supply Chain Management -- driving transformation with customer focus
* Excellent oral, written and presentation skills in English, Portuguese and Spanish with the ability to make the complex understandable and actionable
* Abilities of analysis, organization, presentation, communication and teamwork
