Strike Key Account- Institutional for Nutrition Division. This position will be based in Guatemala or Costa Rica.

The Opportunity
This position is based in Guatemala City (Europlaza Building) or Santa Ana, Costa Rica (City Place Building), for our Nutrition Division. Our nutrition business develops science-based nutrition products for people of all ages, from helping babies and children grow, to keeping adult bodies strong and active. As the Strike Key Account, you will ensure relationships with Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) in Latin America from the countries selected in the Strike project, which serve children in nutritional management. Ensure sales goals by country in Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) and Foundations that execute children's nutritional management projects for national governments. Ensure the award of the first position for KinderSure in the entire commercial value chain that participates in awards in government programs. To be the technical liaison with the nutrition teams of Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) and Abbott in the development of nutritional management programs for the child population with Stunting, following international, local and corporate guidelines and regulations.

What You'll Do

* Map and monitor Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs that serve children and have nutritional management programs throughout Latam.
* Lead the search and analysis of current regulations related to nutritional intervention for children with Stunting through government programs at the country level.
* Be the technical liaison between Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) and Abbott regarding nutritional management programs for populations with Stunting.
* Responsible for building the Non-Governmental Organizations (NGO's) purchasing calendar in accordance with their annual budgets. Ensure that the company is invited to present itself and guarantee the timely presentation of Kindersure in the purchasing processes of Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) and government programs.
* Generate the strategic plan to apply to the product purchasing processes to serve children with Stunting in the selected countries, involving in a cross-functional manner all key areas of Abbott Nutrition business such as promotion, commercial and access.
* Conduct a 360° approach to all key decision-makers in the value chain in the purchasing process of NGOs and government programs.
* Responsible for correctly monitoring the inventory quantity, rotation and days of inventory of KinderSure for each Non-Governmental Organizations (NGO's) or government entity.
* Responsible for using and analyzing different data sources and resources available for continuous commercial monitoring of the businesses under their charge.

Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree (Graduated/ Licentiate): health science, nutrition, or related is desirable.
* 7 yrs of experience, a blend of commercial acumen, business development expertise, nutritional knowledge, and experience in public relations or stakeholder engagement with Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) and government entities.
* Sales expertise in Pharma and/or Nutrition, proven success in selling nutritional or pharmaceutical products, consistently meeting or exceeding quotas in multinational companies.
* Institutional & Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) experience, strong background in planning and executing institutional channel sales strategies, ideally with experience in Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) or institutional programs.
* Industry knowledge & skills, deep understanding pharmaceutical industry, strong communication and influencing abilities, willingness to travel in Central America, focused on Guatemala, El Salvador and Honduras; and capability to drive effective sales strategies.
* Language: English high intermediate level (At least70%). Is desirable.
* Travel: Position requires travel for approximately 60% of time. The countries in charge will be El Salvador, Honduras, and Guatemala.
* Fieldwork: 90% field / 10% of office work required.
