Are you passionate about live sports and the future of advertising? Amazon Ads' Live Events team is redefining how brands connect with audiences during some of the world's most-watched sporting events - including the NFL's Thursday Night Football, NBA, Liga MX, Serie A, and more. We are looking for a highly motivated Campaign and Creative Manager (CCM) to join our growing team and play a critical role in delivering world-class advertising experiences for live sports broadcasts.

As a CCM, you will be the operational backbone of campaign execution for Live Events, managing end-to-end creative trafficking workflows, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring every ad is broadcast-ready for game day. This role goes beyond traditional campaign management - you will develop expertise in live broadcast advertising, contribute to process improvements, and use data to inform creative optimizations. This is a seasonal, 11-month position supporting our live sports broadcast calendar.

Key job responsibilities
Manage end-to-end creative trafficking workflows including asset ingestion, spec QA, trafficking in platforms such as Extreme Reach and Yangaroo, and ISCI coordination with playout partners

Coordinate creative scheduling, rotation, and slate management to ensure ads are broadcast-ready ahead of live game air dates

Serve as a point of contact for Account Executives, Sales Planners, and advertisers on creative status, timelines, and deliverables

Project manage campaign execution across internal teams including Design, AdOps, Sales, Quality Assurance, and Account Management, as well as external stakeholders

Support campaign troubleshooting throughout the campaign lifecycle, identifying and resolving issues proactively

Provide cross-property support across multiple sports properties and locales, adapting to shifting priorities based on sports calendars

Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and inform creative optimizations

Contribute to process improvement initiatives, SOPs, and playbooks to enhance cross-vertical and cross-locale efficiency

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery and uphold the end customer viewing experience

A day in the life
You will own the creative coordination and campaign execution for live sports advertising campaigns, ensuring a frustration-free experience for advertisers while protecting the viewing experience for our customers. Your day may include coordinating creative assets with playout partners ahead of a Thursday night game, QA-ing new spots against broadcast specs, updating creative rotations based on advertiser requests, and syncing with Account Executives on upcoming campaign launches. You will work across multiple sports properties and time zones, which means flexibility and prioritization are key. CCMs on this team are not just executors - they are problem solvers who identify opportunities to improve workflows, automate processes, and raise the bar for the entire team.

Ihr Profil:

- Experience managing multiple projects and priorities across teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Experience using English communication skills, both written and verbal, to foster seamless interaction with stakeholders at all levels
- 2+ years of experience in digital advertising, broadcast advertising, or client-facing campaign management roles
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines across multiple campaigns and properties
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with strong attention to detail
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours as needed to support live broadcast schedules (evenings, weekends)
- Experience contributing to process documentation, SOPs, or workflow automation initiatives
- Experience working at a TV Network, broadcaster, or an online streaming platform, specializing in digital video delivery or streaming media technologies
- Familiarity with creative trafficking tools (e.g., Extreme Reach, Yangaroo) and broadcast playout workflows
- Experience analyzing campaign performance metrics and KPIs to inform optimizations
- Knowledge of the sports media ecosystem and live broadcast advertising
- Experience working in multilingual or multi-locale environments
- Familiarity with Amazon Ads products or programmatic advertising (DSP)
