Overview
PepsiCo is the market leader in Zero Sugar CSDs in the Nordics, powered by the success of Pepsi Max/Zero Sugar and strong partnerships with our franchise bottlers.
We're now looking for a dynamic Franchise Manager to lead our commercial beverage agenda across Finland and the Baltics-driving transformational growth, expanding market share, and strengthening the performance
of iconic brands like Pepsi Max, 7UP and Gatorade.
This role carries full P&L accountability and is highly visible across PepsiCo's international beverage organization.
Responsibilities
What You'll Lead
* Be our beverage strategist.
* Own the commercial strategy and long-term growth plans for the region.
* Shape the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and 3-year Joint Business Plans (JBP), aligning priorities
with bottlers across distribution, pack, price, promotion and marketing execution.
* Lead key agreements, such as Business Development Agreement (BDA) & Co-Operative Marketing Agreement (COOP), to ensure strategic alignment and deliver sustainable growth.
* Drive performance and execution.
* Track commercial performance, market trends and system KPIs-providing clear, concise insights to senior leadership
* Guide revenue forecasts, ensure strong in-market execution, and steer monthly commercial reviews with bottlers.
* Build winning bottler partnerships.
* Develop senior-level relationships, influence sales strategy, and foster a collaborative, high-trust partnership model.
* Anticipate challenges, unlock opportunities, and drive mutual wins across the system.
* Champion commercial capability.
* Identify capability gaps, share best practices, and co-create scalable tools and playbooks.
* Collaborate with internal capability teams to embed Franchise Fundamentals and elevate bottler commercial excellence.
* Develop talent and the franchise community.
* Partner with HR to build future talent at the bottling partners, support franchise training, and contribute to a strong, connected international franchise network.
Qualifications
What You Bring
Experience & mindset:
* 10+ years of leading-edge FMCG experience in a blue-chip environment
* Commercially sharp, growth-focused, resilient and naturally collaborative
* Proven track record driving transformation, innovation and large-scale change
* Strong cultural awareness and ability to work effectively in a matrixed, international environment
Commercial & strategic capability:
* Deep commercial, sales and business development experience
* Strong negotiation skills in complex environments
* Solid understanding of revenue management, customer/shopper insights and full-mix development
* Experience with P&L ownership; beverages experience strongly preferred
* Excellent strategic thinking, analytical skills and financial acumen
