Poste et missions : The role of the data scientist is to use state-of-the-art machine learning techniques and artificial intelligence techniques to optimise credit decision processes based on data. He also collaborates on the implementation, deployment strategies and monitoring of the models. Main responsibilities : * Use state-of-the-art machine learning and artificial intelligence techniques to optimise decisions and processes based on data * Processing of use cases also in cross-department teams * Presentation of the results to stakeholders from specialist departments at regular intervals * Connection and use of new/alternative data for the respective question * Advice on questions related to advanced analytics and development of own proposals that can advance the company * Collaboration in group-wide projects in the field of data science

Ihr Profil:

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND Bachelor or Master statistical, (business)/mathematical, computer science, or Studies in social and economic sciences with a specialisation in data science KNOW-HOW (EXPERIENCE AND TEHNICAL SKILLS, LANGUAGES) Good knowledge of Python, R, or SAS for data preparation and modelling of machine learning and AI models Good knowledge of SQL Knowledge of the implementation possibilities of machine learning and AI models good MS Office skills Very good spoken and written knowledge of German or English SOFT SKILLS Enjoy working in an agile team and take on responsibility in a dynamically growing environment Interest in new data sources and new methods and how to use them sensibly to optimise decisions based on data Convincing, structured and appreciative communication
