Pamela is one of Big Mamma's newest restaurants in Berlin, and we're looking for reliable and energetic Kitchen Porters to join our growing team.
As a Kitchen Porter, you'll play an essential role behind the scenes, supporting the kitchen team and making sure everything is clean, organized and ready for service.
It's a hands-on role at the heart of the action, perfect for someone who likes to stay active, work as part of a team and make a real contribution every day.

🚀 Your role & responsibilities
You help keep the kitchen running smoothly:
* Wash and clean dishes, kitchen equipment and utensils efficiently
* Ensure clean equipment and utensils are always available during service
* Keep the dishwashing and kitchen areas clean, organized and safe
* Support the kitchen team with cleaning and operational tasks
* Dispose of waste correctly and maintain high hygiene standards
* Help with deliveries, storage and general kitchen organization when needed
* Support chefs and the wider kitchen team during busy services
👉 Your work keeps the kitchen moving. When everything is clean, organized and ready, the whole team can perform at its best.

💡 What we're looking for
* Previous experience in a kitchen, restaurant or similar environment is a plus
* Motivation to work in a fast-paced kitchen
* Good physical stamina and ability to stay active during the shift
* Reliable, punctual and responsible
* Hands-on mindset and willingness to support the team
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure
* Positive and team-oriented attitude
No extensive kitchen experience is required - we value reliability, energy and a willingness to learn.
