Introduction to the job

In our high-tech small production runs, single part and prototype production, you will support us in the high-precision manufacture of optical components, assemblies and systems made of glass, glass ceramics and ceramics.

Role and responsibilities

One application, many opportunities -you will apply simultaneously for various positions within production at ASML in Berlin. Depending on the role, your working environment may be in a cleanroom and/or gray room. The following tasks may await you:

* Grinding and polishing of plane optics or ceramic components
* Assembly and fine cleaning of components, partly under gray room and cleanroom conditions
* Joining parts into assemblies - thermal bonding, anodic bonding, gluing, flame bonding
* Coating of components on thin-film coating systems, partly under gray room and cleanroom conditions
* Performing lithographic processes such as coating, laminating, and exposure
* Carrying out and evaluating quality control measurements outside or inside the cleanroom using various measuring systems and tools
* Evaluating and documenting measurement results on a PC
* Cleaning components, auxiliary materials, tools, and packaging in cleaning baths and systems

Education and experience

* You have completed technical vocational training in the fields of optics, physics, chemistry, or have comparable experience
* You have gained initial professional experience in a production-related environment
* Ideally, you have experience working under cleanroom conditions
* Career changers are welcome - you will receive intensive onboarding and training
* You are proficient in working with MS Office
* Confident use of SAP is desirable
* You are willing to work in shift systems - depending on the area, 24/6 or a three-shift system

* Schleifen und Polieren von Planoptiken oder Keramikbauteilen
* Montage und Feinreinigen von Bauteilen teilweise unter Grau- und Reinraumbedingungen
* Fügen von Teilen zu Baugruppen - thermisches, anodisches Bonden, Kleben, Ansprengen
* Beschichten von Komponenten an Dünnschichtanlagen teilweise unter Grau- und Reinraumbedingungen
* lithographische Prozesse wie Belacken, Laminieren und Belichten durchführen
* Messungen zur Qualitätskontrolle außerhalb oder im Reinraum mit Hilfe unterschiedlicher Messanlagen und -mittel durchführen und auswerten
* Auswerten und Dokumentieren der Messergebnisse am PC
* Bauteile, Hilfsmittel, Tools und Verpackungen in Reinigungsbecken und -anlagen reinigen

Deine Qualifikation

* Du hast eine technische Ausbildung abgeschlossen aus den Bereichen Optik, Physik, Chemie oder vergleichbare Erfahrung
* Du konntest erste Berufserfahrung im produktionsnahen Umfeld sammeln
* Du hast Erfahrung in der Arbeit unter Reinraumbedingungen.
* Du hast einen sicheren Umgang mit MS Office
* Du bist sicher im Umgang mit SAP, wünschenswert
* Du hast die Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Schichtsystem - Je nach Bereich 24/6 oder Drei-Schicht-System

* Du zeigst Geduld und Sorgfalt bei der Ausführung von bestimmten Arbeiten
