Principal Product Manager to drive the successful execution of the Government's multi-part executive sponsor program for the German Sovereign Cloud. This includes achieving the objectives of sub projects within the program and ensuring successful end-to-end project and customer relationship management.

The (COMPANY NAME) 365 Sovereign Clouds Success Team is responsible for driving the expansion of our products into sensitive and regulated markets that were previously unattainable with our public cloud offerings.

As Principal Product Manager, who will drive the successful execution of the Government's multi-part executive sponsor program for the German Sovereign Cloud, you will apply your project management and execution expertise and customer relationship experience to ensure the sponsor project(s) are managed end-to-end and to the defined success criteria and scope.

You'll be responsible for ensuring appropriate business rhythms are in place with the executive sponsor. You will scope, execute, track and drive all open topics within the project(s) to success in a timely manner, aligned with the sponsor. You will ensure regular onsite meetings with the sponsor are scheduled, prepared, and executed per the defined scope and success criteria of the onsite meeting(s).

The role requires close partnership with engineering, field sales and field technical teams responsible for Office 365 and Azure. You'll work collaboratively with (COMPANY NAME)'s customers, outside partners, and relevant governmental agencies as well as to represent the company's position

Ihr Profil:

Proven ability managing projects and/or programs that involve multiple internal and external stakeholders, including senior level leaders and decision-makers; demonstrated experience managing customer accounts and relationships, including senior level leaders.

Proven experience driving large international public sector customer projects with digitization and transformation scope.

Significant experience driving product, technical and market strategy in strategic markets, especially in Europe.

Strong project management and execution skills and the ability to get what you need from others while working around their own legitimate priorities.

Exceptional cross-organization coordination and communication skills including ability to build comprehensive and compelling presentation and communication materials that span functions and groups.

Strong interpersonal skills including ability to build trust, influence, and foster relationships with diverse team members; ability to leverage relationships to drive consistency of approach and ensure delivery.

A strong grasp of (COMPANY NAME) business value proposition and products, including how products and (COMPANY NAME) Cloud platforms are implemented in customer solutions, in Government, what key customer and partner issues might be and our business plan to address them.

Understanding of the financial, commercial and policy changes faced by public sector organizations, with the ability to work in an empathic style to creatively help the customer work with their constraints to achieve their digital transformation outcomes.

Must have ability to work in a pleasant and cooperative way with a variety of people ranging from IC engineers, senior VPs to support crew as well as customer decision makers and IT leadership.

Strong organizational agility and presentation skills, as well as good writing skills are important.

Must be highly organized, with the ability to take a customer-centric approach, think strategically about the sponsor's business needs, while also ensuring it's the right position for (COMPANY NAME).

This role will be based in Germany, and the individual must be fluent in both English and German, spoken and written, CEFR level C fluency.

A Master's degree (or higher) in Computer Science or Business required.

A valid project management certification and practical experience required.

Willingness to travel internationally when required.

Fluency in German, French, and English is required.

German citizenship and NATO clearance is required.
