We are looking for an experienced and dedicated individual to join our team as Team Lead Operational Procurement (m/f/d). In this key role, you will be responsible for leading and developing a motivated procurement team and optimizing our operational procurement processes.
YOUR PROFILE: Proven experience (e.g., 5+ years) in operational procurement, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or team lead role. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong understanding of end-to-end procurement processes, inventory management, and supplier relationship management. Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team. Experience with process optimization and driving digitalization initiatives, particularly within SAP ERP. Proficiency in managing supplier relationships, including performance assessment and escalation resolution. Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective cross-functional teamwork (e.g., with Strategic Purchasing, Production, Supply Chain). Strong analytical skills for KPI reporting and master data management. English and German: Fluent, French: Nice to have
