What you´ll do

* Du führst Dein Team in einer Produktionszelle und entwickelst jede Person individuell weiter Du übernimmst vollständige Verantwortung für alle relevanten KPIs: Sicherheit, Qualität, Kosten, Lieferung, Motivation Du leitest tägliche Team-Meetings (DOR) und sorgst dafür, dass Probleme schnell und nachhaltig gelöst werden Du bist Teil der Problemlösung bei chronischen Verlusten - direkt, praxisnah und lösungsorientiert Du arbeitest eng mit Technik, Training und Prozessoptimierung zusammen Du bist rund 70 % Deiner Zeit auf dem Shopfloor - präsent, ansprechbar und nah am Team

What makes you a good fit

* Abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium (oder höher) in Maschinenbau, Verfahrens- oder Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Rolle idealerweise in einem Lean-orientierten Produktionsumfeld Nachweisbare Erfolge in der Anwendung von Lean-Methoden und Erfahrung mit Produktionssystemen Erfahrung in der Steuerung von Produktionskennzahlen, Shopfloor-Management und kontinuierlicher Verbesserung Sehr gute Fähigkeiten im Lösen von Problemen und Vorantreiben von Innovationen Kompetenter Umgang mit Daten und Statistiktools zur Prozessverbesserung Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, insbesondere im Umgang mit interdisziplinären Teams und Schnittstellen Verhandlungssichere Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
