Job description:

As an Associate - Marketing Science, you will collaborate closely with our UK team to deliver modelling and budget optimization projects for international clients. You will prepare and analyse data, contribute to econometric modelling, and help translate results into clear, actionable recommendations. You will take ownership of agreed tasks throughout each phase of a project, gradually assuming greater responsibility and a larger role in project delivery. This is an opportunity to build your marketing science expertise with comprehensive on-the-job training, a thoughtful career development plan, and support from a mentor.

This role is ideal for a recent graduate.

Main responsibilities:

* Collaborate closely with the UK team to deliver modelling and budget optimization projects.

* Prepare data for analysis, including data cleaning, visualization, and quality checking.

* Contribute to econometric modelling, including marketing mix modelling (MMM) and ESM.

* Visualize results and work with the UK team to draw conclusions and develop actionable recommendations.

* Take ownership of agreed tasks throughout all phases of a project, gradually assuming greater responsibility for project delivery.

What we are looking for:

* A degree in Economics, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience), with a strong interest in data and data analysis.

* Experience using Excel, with an interest in Python or R and dashboarding tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

* Good time management skills and the ability to plan work effectively while considering the needs of others.

* An interest in media and marketing.

* The ability to communicate confidently in both Estonian and English.
