Role Description:
As a Client Executive at Marsh, you'll be at the forefront of supporting large clients across various industries. Projects can be highly complex and often global in scope. You'll work closely with a talented team, identify key decision makers, and uncover client needs and underlying risks. Your days will be filled with dynamic collaboration as you craft tailored solutions that address business objectives and compliance requirements. You'll have the chance to expand accounts and build lasting relationships, all while collaborating with colleagues across the Nordics and globally to deliver market-leading solutions. Key Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs.
* Drive business growth by identifying and pursuing opportunities to expand services and add value.
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions for large, global, and complex client needs
* Identify, analyze, and assess potential risks, recommending appropriate mitigation strategies.
* Apply creative problem-solving and a proactive mindset to address unique challenges in complex assignments.

Requirements:
* Proven experience in insurance or risk management.
* Client-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Strong analytical skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
