At AXA Group Operations, we want to be recognized in three fields of action: State-of-the-art Data Technology to drive customer experience State-of-the-art Procurement & Sourcing to drive efficiency and better manage risks High-Performing Global Team for stronger partnerships with AXA entities About the job Job purpose The occupational health medical assistant supports the occupational physician and/or the multidisciplinary team to ensure the smooth execution of medical and administrative activities related to employees' health surveillance. Main missions Welcoming and supporting employees: Greet employees during their visits to the service (in person or by phone). Prepare medical records and ensure their completeness. Collect administrative or health information in compliance with professional confidentiality. Explain the procedures of medical examinations. Assistance to the occupational doctor and/or the IDEST (occupational health nurse): Assist in preparing consultations (medical visits, additional examinations). Perform certain acts or examinations according to established protocols (vision tests, audiometry, vital signs measurement, etc.). Manage and maintain medical equipment. Administrative management of medical records: Keep medical records up to date (using MEDTRA software). Schedule medical appointments, particularly mandatory return-to-work visits. Archive, file, and digitize medical documents. Enter consultation or visit reports. Communicate with the hierarchical supervisor regarding work-related accidents/commutes or occupational diseases. Organization and logistics: Responsible for the administrative management of medical service invoices (medical equipment and supplies). Participate in the organization of prevention actions or health campaigns (vaccinations, screenings, etc.). Expected skills & experience We are looking for someone with the following experience and skills: Experience State diploma of Medical Assistant, Medical Secretary, or equivalent. Previous experience in a medical setting is preferred (experience in occupational health is an asset). Technical skills Knowledge of how an occupational health service operates. Basic understanding of occupational health, regulations (desired or to be acquired). Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology. Proficiency in office tools and specialized software (e.g., Médtra). Ability to collect simple medical data. Ability to organize and manage a schedule of consultations. Soft skills / transversal skills Discretion and respect for professional confidentiality. Sense of welcoming and listening. Rigor, organization, autonomy. Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
