Process Manager
The role
Join Schneider Electric as a Process Manager, leading the performance and optimisation of one of our core electrical switchgear & control-gear production lines. This is a high-impact role where you'll combine people leadership and process excellence to drive safety, quality, and delivery performance.

What will you do:
* Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team
* Own and continuously improve end-to-end manufacturing & testing processes
* Drive Right-First-Time quality, reducing rework and delays
* Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and electrical standards
* Identify bottlenecks and improve flow, efficiency, and productivity
* Champion Lean / SPS continuous improvement initiatives
* Collaborate across engineering, production, quality, and planning
* Support customer audits and witness testing
What will make you successful:
* Proven people leadership experience in a manufacturing/industrial setting
* Strong ability to drive performance, accountability, and engagement
* Confident decision-maker with excellent stakeholder management skills
* Structured, proactive, and results-oriented mindset
* Understanding of electrical testing, HV/LV safety, or similar environments
* Experience with Lean / Continuous Improvement tools
* Degree, HNC/HND, or equivalent experience in Engineering or Manufacturing
