Overview

Now hiring an Shopper activation lead (OT & TT) to join our (COMPANY NAME) Snacks Marketing team, working across our leading brand portfolio Doritos, Walkers, Wotsits and Sensations.

This is a 9 month contract with our office based in Sandyford, Dublin 18. Flexible working offered (ideally 2 days per week in the office)

Our Dublin, Sandyford office is dedicated to the (COMPANY NAME) crisps and snacks portfolio. We are a highly motivated team of 30 employees covering roles in Commercial, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain and Logistics. We have a clear ambition to be the fast growing crisp and snacks provider in Ireland, guided by our North Star, Vision 25.
Responsibilities

This role requires a self-starter focused on delivering against the strategic business agenda. Reporting to the Head of Snacks Brand and Shopper Marketing this individual will be the face and voice of shopper (Organised trade and Traditional Trade), ensuring shopper is top of mind and embedded in all key business plans and activations with specific KPI's set against both.
This omni channel role includes identifying and landing key shopper and customer opportunities, both in store and online to ensure that our snack brands are unmissable and best in class.

* Activation: lead the channel activation calendar including execution and evaluation for OT & TT channels
* Think Global Act Local: leverage the relevant UK brand assets and create local solutions
* Stacker plan: develop & execute our stacker plan inc. new innovative direct route to market solutions
* Ecomm: lead our shopper ecomm strategy with customers, working with our account teams
* Team: work with our Head of Marketing to deliver integrated annual plans with our NAM and field teams
* Agencies: day to day management with relevant agencies (shopper, ecomm and printer)
* Budget responsibility & PO management
Qualifications

Essential Skills:

* FMCG: experience preferred with 3+ years in a shopper or similar role
* Project Management: experience of managing relationships either internally or externally
* Commercial acumen: proficient in digesting internal and external data
* Attitude: can do attitude and someone who is willing to learn on the jon
* Celebrate success: you love great teamwork and celebrating the team's successes, big and small!
