A strong interest in how technology supports business Amazing communication skills and the ability to work well with others Comfortable learning fast and learning as you go A collaborative approach and a willingness to dive into new challenges A degree in any field - Business, Arts, Science, Engineering or Technology - or equivalent experience
Exposure to tools like SAP or similar systems (through coursework, internships or projects) A curiosity about project management and working across different teams Certifications like SAP or Agile are a bonus but not crucial Experience using AI tools, particularly experimenting with prompt engineering is a plus
