YOUR MISSION:
* You will be part of a BIG MAMMA floor team!
* Your top priority will be to look after all of the guests in your section - following the steps of service, giving recommendations, upselling and processing payments.
* You will master the knowledge of our products, wines and cocktails.
* You will be opening and closing the floor.
* You will respect health and safety standards and maintain cleanliness and organisation across the floor
* You will spread magic and make our customers live the best moment of their day!
* You will embody Big Mamma values: have a warm, smiling, professional attitude towards the customers, help your colleagues during service and demonstrate a "problem solver" attitude.

YOUR SKILLS:

* Big Smile and passion for Italian food!
* Great energy, proactive attitude and team spirit
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a busy restaurant
* Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings
