Join our amazing team as Bar Assistant Manager!
YOUR MISSION:
* You will be part of a BIG MAMMA Bar team!
* You will be managing the daily operations of the bar alongside the Bar Manager.
* You will delegate tasks, coach and support the team, run services, lead briefings, onboard new team members, train the team and more!
* You will participate in monthly inventory, assist with ordering and implement seasonal menu changes.
* You will maintain health and safety standards and maintain cleanliness and organisation behind the bar.
* You will spread magic and make our customers live the best moment of their day!
* You will embody Big Mamma values: have a warm, smiling, professional attitude towards the customers, help your colleagues during service and demonstrate a "problem solver" attitude.

YOUR SKILLS:
* Big Smile and passion for Italian food!
* Great energy, proactive attitude and team spirit
* Excellent customer service, communication and leadership skills
* Expert bar knowledge including classic cocktails
* Previous experience as a bar supervisor/assistant bar manager in a fast paced environment
* Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings

OUR OFFER:
* Permanent, full-time position
* EUR17.50 per hour ( inclusive of tronc )
* 5 days working week with 2 days off
