Agencies specializing in Branding, Content, Digital, Social networks, Art, Sales promotion, Conferences, and Strategy planning: C, Like a Rainbow, Social Lions, SuperPush, Fireworks, Mint, Mate, Adge.ai Location: Champion Towers, Bnei Brak (opposite Ayalon Mall) Work Schedule: Sunday-Thursday, 09:00-18:00 Hybrid Model: One work-from-home day per week Dog friendly offices Overview As a Financial controller for one of the group's companies, you will be an active and integral part of our finance team, receiving guidance and mentorship while taking on a variety of responsibilities. Responsibilities Manage internal operational and financial processes across multiple companies within the group, working closely with Customer Management, Legal, Procurement, Operations, and HR teams. Oversee the accounting and financial management systems, including customer billing, supplier payments, intercompany services, contracts, and customer quotations. Lead monthly and annual closing processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting. Prepare management reports and monthly financial packages for the global parent company. Monitor and analyze monthly operating results, including profit and loss performance. Build and manage budgets and forecasts, tracking business performance against financial targets. Analyze financial variances, identify trends, and provide actionable business insights to support decision-making. Ensure compliance with IFRS standards and maintain accurate financial reporting practices across the organization. Partner with leadership teams to improve financial processes, operational efficiency, and business performance. Qualifications Education: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification, post- internship - A must. Experience: Either from a leading accounting firm (internship) OR as an Assistant Accountant/Junior Accountant in a business organization - A must. Technical Skills: Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel Languages: High proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking) - A must Significant Advantage: Big4 alumni. Personal Attributes: Strong analytical abilities, excellent interpersonal skills, service-oriented mindset, high level of responsibility, proactivity, and a strong desire to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment

Education: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification, post- internship - A must. Experience: Either from a leading accounting firm (internship) OR as an Assistant Accountant/Junior Accountant in a business organization - A must. Technical Skills: Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel Languages: High proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking) - A must Significant Advantage: Big4 alumni.
