Join a team where young talents and professionals work side by side on innovative projects in the fields of email deliverability, sender reputation, authentication standards, with the aim of ensuring consistent inbox reach for thousands of clients. Specifically, you will be responsible for:
* Manage and maintain the MTA infrastructure, applying configurations based on deliverability metrics and feedback from ISPs and the broader email ecosystem.
* Collaborate with Mail Box Providers, blocklists, certification authorities, and internal product and engineering teams to address deliverability challenges and stay up to date with industry best practices, authentication standards, and compliance requirements.
* Maintain and develop internal dashboards to monitor key metrics and enable timely reactions to anomalies and apply basic coding and scripting skills (like Bash and Python) to automate tasks and improve monitoring processes.
* Be available for direct customer interactions and deliverability consultancy when needed.
What skills are we looking for?
* At least 2 years of experience in a deliverability or email infrastructure role.
* Technical understanding of email systems and deliverability principles.
* Knowledge of key email authentication and reputation standards: DKIM, SPF, DMARC.
* Familiarity with DNS, SMTP, and related protocols.
* Proactive and genuinely committed to solving deliverability challenges and improving internal processes.
* Proven experience in coding and scripting (Python preferred).
* Experience with SQL and database querying across different systems.
* Advanced proficiency in English (C1 level)
