Company Description
La Marzocco Srl, a manufacturing company producing high-end equipment for specialty coffee, is looking for a candidate to join the team as an Export Area Manager.
We are seeking individuals with strong initiative and proactivity, as well as an aptitude for change and digital transformation.
Position
Within the Sales Department, will be responsible for the following activities:
* Direct responsibility for the performance of the assigned markets.
* Achievement of sales targets for coffee machines, grinders, spare parts, and related products.
* Responsibility for budget planning and development.
* Coordination with the After Sales Manager associated with the commercial area.
* Strategic sales management in the assigned markets.
* Management of the distributor network and key players in each market.
* Management and development of selected preferred resellers within the assigned geographical area.
* Budget management for the assigned area.
* Management of the internal CRM system (data entry).
* Sales data analysis by area.
* Market-specific data analysis compared with external sales data (Databank, Anima).
* Analysis and reporting of new trends in each market.
* Ongoing collaboration and updates with Customer Care and After Sales.
* Review and updating of sales price lists.
* Alignment with Marketing on branding guidelines.
* Promotion and dissemination of specialty coffee culture and La Marzocco's philosophy within the network.
* Participation in trade shows and events in the assigned markets.
* Commercial training for distributors' sales forces.
Requirements
* Excellent knowledge of foreign languages
* In-depth knowledge of the markets and the relevant sector
* Previous experience in a commercial/sales role
* Strong commercial and negotiation skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Analytical skills and problem-solving ability
* Good organizational skills and ability to manage priorities
* Results-oriented with the ability to work towards targets
* Analytical skills and budget management capabilities
