RESPONSIBILITIES
Operational activities:
* Collect and monitor data according to standard procedures and schedules defined in weekly meetings
* Initiate alerts when necessary and follow up on previously identified points of attention
* Participate in the monitoring and improvement of operational procedures
* Engage in ongoing control activities to ensure compliance and operational efficiency
* Guide internal and external customers through established procedures and controls
* Guide internal and external customers through the procedures and controls in place
* Report daily progress, successes, and challenges, and provide updates during weekly meetings

Niveau d'études minimum

Bac + 3 / L3

Formation / Spécialisation

REQUIRED PROFILE
* Minimum Bachelor (3/4 years post-secondary education education)
* 2 to 3 years of relevant experience, including internships
* Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written
* Basic knowledge in Python, SQL, IT langage should be an asset
* Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

3 - 5 ans
