Your team

FundPartner Solutions provides a full suite of fund administration and private label funds services. The global team of industry experts specialises in fund domiciliation, registration and governance, as well as risk compliance and investment management services.

Operations provide secure and efficient processing of Pictet's banking transactions and investment funds. Our teams ensure all activities follow regulations and manage risks.By developing and maintaining a modern, robust infrastructure, we guarantee reliable, high-quality services for Pictet wealth management, asset management and real estate clients.

You will join the Private assets (including Private Equity, Real Estate, Private Debt, funds and direct investments) Pictet group's department responsible for providing a full suite of custodian and funds administration services.

Your role

Responsibilities :

* Act as the primary day-to-day contact person for clients.
* Address clients' business issues proactively and efficiently.
* Receive, analyze and promptly resolve inbound client queries.
* Produce and send various reports to clients.
* Support and assist in organizing client service review meetings.
* Assist with procedures documentation and administrative tasks (e.g., SLA, operating memorandums, procedures, meeting minutes, etc.).
* Ensure the quality of deliveries and services by collaborating closely with relevant operations teams within the Funds Operations department and the Group.
* Coordinate and assist with the onboarding process for new products and vehicles.
* Maintain and monitor client satisfaction.
* Support the fundraising process for Pictet in-house vehicles, including subscription process follow-up and coordination.
* Produce KPIs to monitor service quality and client satisfaction.
* Provide a structured and comprehensive dashboard of all open client queries and follow up with relevant external and internal counterparties.
* Demonstrate technical, automation and digitalization sensitivity and drive.

Your profile

Specific knowledge :

* Excellent command of English and French. Any other language would be a plus.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills for dealing with clients.
* Excellent modeling & MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Efront and / or Jira skills would be a plus.

Personal qualities expected :

* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to drive change and influence stakeholders at different levels.
* Client-oriented approach and proactivity.
* The ability to work well under pressure, stay organized and diligent, and manage multiple deadlines.
* Excellent at solving problems and demonstrable experience working on automation and/or digitalization efforts.
* Ability to meet deadlines and work together with different internal and external third parties.
