Our Team:

The Cyber Security for Manufacturing and Supply team is a talented and world class team with a high level of expertise well recognized across Sanofi organization and interacting with many different stakeholders (Business, Quality, Engineering/Automation, Digital,…).

In a context of the acceleration of the Digital transformation of factories, its main mission is to define the strategy and deploy operationally Cyber on a wide industrial landscape ~85 industrial sites worldwide) and thus contribute to protect ones of the most critical Business processes and assets of the company without which drugs cannot be delivered to patients.

Main responsibilities:

* Lead the Cyber Security governance for one Cluster of strategic industrial sites
* Co-build the prioritized Cyber roadmap for each industrial site in the perimeter of responsibilities, coordinate and monitor its execution with all stakeholders on site
* Ensure the operational implementation of Cyber security processes, tools and activities on sites
* Support the delivery of transversal Cyber programs on sites
* Contribute to transversal Cyber activities (Cyber detection on Industrial networks)
* Perform Cybersecurity risk analysis in local site projects and provide expertise and guidance on technical solutions and standards

About you

* Experience:
* Relevant operational experience in IT / Cyber Security (Build and/or Run)
* Experience on manufacturing
* Soft skills:
* Ability to respect commitments, deliver concrete results and handle multiple priorities
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong collaboration approach. Ability to lead/work with distributed teams in an heterogeneous international environment
* Technical skills:
* Good IT technical background
* Cyber security expertise mainly on systems and network protection (FW). Scada security is a plus
* Education:
* Ideally master's degree in Computer Science and/or Cyber Security
* Languages:
* Good skills in English language
