Position Summary
In this role you will lead the commercial strategy and lifecycle management for assigned immunology products in severe asthma and nasal polyps. You will be responsible for developing and executing product strategies that deliver sales and margin targets, accelerate market access, and ensure sustainable competitive positioning. You will lead a sales force and work closely with cross-functional teams to translate clinical and market insights into actionable plans.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead brand strategy and manage the full product lifecycle from pre-launch through maturity, including end-to-end launch and lifecycle initiatives for specialty biologics and long-acting therapies, ensuring competitive and sustainable positioning.
* Develop and implement the Business Plan, Annual Brand Plan and Long-Range Plan: set objectives and KPIs, commercial and demand planning, forecasting, resource allocation, and identification of risks and opportunities.
* Conduct market analysis (audits, primary and secondary research, field intelligence) to identify pain points and unmet needs across stakeholders (clinicians, patients, payers/administrators) and convert findings into actionable insights and evidence priorities.
* Drive field execution by partnering with, coaching, and aligning the sales force to ensure correct implementation of strategy, timely tactical adjustments, and effective salesforce leadership and engagement.
* Accelerate private and public market access in collaboration with Market Access, Regulatory, and Health Economics teams; support reimbursement submissions, payer engagement, and access strategies.
* Monitor commercial performance (sales, share, margin, KPIs), produce regular reporting and competitive intelligence, recommend corrective actions, and build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), specialist clinicians, and patient groups to inform strategy and drive adoption.
Basic Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, life sciences, pharmacy, public health, or a related field.
* Substantial experience as a Product Manager in the pharmaceutical industry, within high-specialty portfolios or high-cost biologics, ideally in immunology. Proven experience in end-to-end launches of highly specialised products, including launch planning and execution.
* Experience working with market access teams and supporting public and private reimbursement strategies.
* Willingness to travel up to 30%.
* Advanced proficiency in English.
* Strong skills in cross-functional collaboration, data analysis, results orientation, and strategy execution.
Preferred Qualifications
* Direct experience with immunology portfolios.
* Experience with biologics and long-acting therapies.
