What you'll be doing:As a Division Sales Manager, you'll lead and inspire your division to achieve ambitious sales goals and deliver exceptional results. You'll take ownership of planning, implementing, and monitoring strategies that drive growth, while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous development. Your role will be all about guiding Zone Managers, supporting their success, and ensuring that every process meets Avon's high standards. Key responsibilities:
What you'll be working on:
* Preparing and executing sales plans for your division and zones
* Monitoring KPIs and implementing corrective actions when needed
* Coaching and developing Zone Managers and Sales Leaders
* Driving recruitment and onboarding of new Zone Managers
* Collaborating with trainers and advisors to ensure effective training and development
* Managing budgets and optimizing resources
* Leading motivational activities and sharing best practices
* Supporting new sales processes and continuous improvement initiatives
