Mission: As a Restaurant Host/Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, embodying the ME spirit through a warm, stylish, and personalized welcome. Your mission is to ensure an impeccable experience from the very beginning, upholding the highest standards of presentation, courtesy, and excellence.

What will you have to do?

Welcome and farewell guests with professionalism and elegance.

Manage table allocations and escort guests to their tables.

Present menus and support guests throughout their dining experience.

*
Handle reservations, ensuring accurate guest information and preferences are recorded.

Coordinate with the restaurant team to deliver outstanding service.

Respond to guest enquiries and communicate feedback to management.

*
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards.

What We Are Looking For?

1-2 years of experience in a similar hospitality role.

*
Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences, with a strong customer-service mindset and team spirit.

*
Fluent in Portuguese and English; additional languages will be considered an asset.

Solid knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, service standards, and hospitality best practices.

*
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

*
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
