We are looking for a Commercial Project Manager (m/f/d) to join our Team for Mobility Software Solutions in Aveiro!
In this role, you will...
* Work in commercial bid and project management for the "Mobility as a Service" and "Train Planning Systems" segments in our Software Business Unit
* Be independently responsible for all commercial tasks in bids and projects (category "C" and "small") around the world
* As World Project Controller (WPC), you will usually be in the global lead for project calculation, accounting, controlling and reporting; in some cases, you will manage project packages localized to Germany.
* Use AI tools and link various data sources to automate reporting and to create insightful analysis for data-driven decision-making across the entire project lifecycle
* Take responsibility for contract management and reach out to legal experts when processing claims
* Report to BU and segment management and work with national companies, internal departments (such as Accounting, Legal or Tax), and, of course, our customers
* Be involved in quotation and limits of authority (LoA) processes
* Beyond the day-to-day project business, you will be involved in overarching special topics (e.g. accounting in the software business or process optimization along the value chain).

We're looking for someone who has...
* A university degree (Master) in a field of economics
* Previous experience as Commercial Project Manager
* Expertise in the fields of calculation, export, customs and taxes
* Track record in applying AI tools
* Proficiency in accounting according to IFRS and have experience in contract management.
* You are a certified Commercial Project Manager
* An excellent command of English for your highly international activities
