Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Team Lead to manage and develop our Greek-speaking Account Management team. In this role, you will lead by example, foster a high-performance culture, and ensure your team exceeds expectations in customer engagement and sales retention.

Your Responsibilities
* Lead, motivate, and support your Account Management team to achieve KPIs and ensure top-tier client experience
* Monitor and analyze performance metrics, provide actionable feedback, and drive improvements
* Support your team with complex client situations and escalations
* Collaborate cross-functionally with the other teams to ensure a seamless customer journey
* Train, coach, and continuously develop team members in product knowledge, communication, and client handling

Qualifications:

* Fluent Greek speaker (C1-C2 level), with strong English skills (B2+)
* Proven experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or B2B Sales
* Experience in team leadership or mentoring roles
* Strong customer focus, solution-oriented mindset, and hands-on attitude
* Analytical thinking with experience working with KPIs and performance reports
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

* Interest or background in the automotive industry
* Experience with Google Workspace (Sheets, Gmail, Calendar, etc.)
