About the role
We are looking for an experienced Anti Fraud Coordinator to lead and strengthen fraud prevention, detection, and investigation activities across the business. The role is responsible for developing and implementing fraud management strategies, managing fraud-related processes and KPIs, driving fraud awareness, and collaborating with global and local stakeholders to protect the organization from fraudulent activities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement fraud prevention, detection, and investigation strategies aligned with Allianz Partners standards.
* Lead fraud investigations and ensure timely resolution of suspected fraud cases.
* Monitor fraud trends, identify emerging risks, and drive continuous process improvements.
* Collaborate with Claims, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Data Analytics, and other stakeholders to strengthen fraud controls.
* Define, monitor, and report fraud-related KPIs, SLAs, and performance dashboards.
* Support the implementation and optimization of fraud detection tools and technology solutions.
* Deliver fraud awareness initiatives and training programs for operational teams.
* Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and fraud management standards.
* Act as a key liaison with the global Fraud Management Centre of Excellence (COE) and senior leadership.
Requirements:
* Advanced English language skills (spoken and written).
* Previous experience in Fraud Management, Claims, Risk Management, Compliance, Investigations, or a related field.
* Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience working with fraud detection tools, reporting, and data analysis.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
* Ability to drive change and promote a strong anti-fraud culture.
