Your tasks

* Responsible for creating and checking orders launched by the customers/employees;
* Keeps permanent contact via phone or e-mail with the customers and fulfills all customer requests;
* Checks and find solutions for all the issues that may appear in the direct sales process;
* Monitor shipments and prepares the invoices;
* Complaint handling (missing items/changed items);
* Issue documents necessary for each business case (order confirmation, delivery note, shipment list, invoice, etc.);

Your profile

* University degree;
* Experience in a similar position 1 year is an advantage;
* Good English skills;
* Microsoft Office 365;
