Your Tasks

As a Data & AI Strategy Consultant, you will work at the intersection of business transformation, data-driven decision-making, and artificial intelligence, supporting leading organizations in Switzerland and beyond.

You Will Be Part Of Our Geneva-based Team, Collaborating Closely With Colleagues Across Switzerland And Our International Network, Advising Clients Across Industries With a Strong Focus On Financial Services, Public Sector, Utilities, And Large Enterprises

* Work in project teams under the guidance of senior leaders to support clients in defining and executing Data & AI-driven strategies
* Translate business challenges into data, analytics, and AI use cases with clear strategic and economic impact
* Support clients across the full transformation journey:
* Data & AI strategy and roadmap definition
* Operating model and organization design
* Governance, value cases, and capability building
* Use-case prioritization and implementation support
* Conduct high-impact quantitative and qualitative analyses, prepare executive-level presentations, and support structured decision-making
* Contribute to business development, proposal preparation, and thought leadership in the Swiss Romandie and Swiss German markets
* Actively build a strong professional network in Switzerland and collaborate with BearingPoint's global Data & AI community and strategic partners
* Continuously develop your consulting, analytical, and industry skills
Your profile

* Successfully completed Master's degree from a top-tier university in business, economics, engineering, data science, or a related field
* Strong interest in Data, Analytics, AI, and digital transformation from a strategic and business perspective
* First experience (internships or full-time) in consulting, strategy, analytics, or technology-enabled transformation is a strong plus
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure complex topics clearly
* High standards for quality, rigor, and client impact
* Strong communication skills and confidence in executive-level interactions
* Fluency in French and English is required; German is a plus
* Entrepreneurial mindset, curiosity, and a strong desire to grow as a consultant
