Position Summary
As a Digital & Brand PR Specialist Zone EUR and part of the Z-EUR Corporate Communications team, you will be responsible for shaping Digital Communications & Brand PR strategies and tactics that elevate Nestlé's corporate and brand reputation in the digital space, ultimately supporting markets to execute these. In this position, you will work closely with brand owners and Sustainability, you will develop storytelling that connects business priorities with consumer relevance, enhances brand credibility, and amplifies Nestlé's voice across earned and owned digital Corporate channels through data-driven influence, content, and creative partnerships. You will be part of the Z-EUR Corporate Communications team based in Vevey, which, together with Government Relations and Sustainability Engagement team located in Brussels, forms the Z-EUR Corporate Affairs team.
A Day in the Life of a Digital & Brand PR Specialist Zone EUR
* Lead, develop, and implement Z-EUR digital communication plans that support the "Healthier Eating" strategy and reinforce the narrative of the corporate brand
* Set direction for development, content and activation of Z-EUR corporate channels (e.g. social media, search)
* Co-create, and launch Z-EUR (digital) campaigns and initiatives around Z-EUR key brands, strategic growth platforms (Z-EUR and markets), and implement Global Corporate Communications Campaigns with Z-EUR markets
* Monitor and report on Z-EUR corporate digital communication performance metrics
* Own corporate social media community management
* Support and advise markets on digital comms/brand PR topics and Z-EUR/global campaigns, improving ways of working and uplifting their digital PR capabilities
* Act together with Media Relations and Internal Communications to create successful, impactful Z-EUR communications events together with Corporate Marketing
* Collaborate closely with corporate and brand teams to ensure consistent messaging and integrated efforts.
What will make you successful
* Background in Corporate Affairs, Brand Public Relations, (Digital) Campaigning & Communications, or relevant field
* Significant experience in shaping and executing full cycle digital communications strategy, brand PR, or integrated media in multinational and/or agency environments, good knowledge in digital issues/crisis management
* Proven success in digital storytelling across European markets, with a strong understanding of the digital media landscape and social platform dynamics
* Excellent networking ability and proven experience in coordinating internal teams (Brand, Marketing, Sustainability, etc.), and leading senior stakeholders
* Strong analytical mindset, fluent in data interpretation and ROI evaluation for effective brand communication & campaigns. Proven ability driving continuous improvements and proactively elevating processes.
* Proactive & hands-on approach in creating region-wide content
* Ability to simplify complex topics into simple engaging communications
* Excellent command of English (verbal & written) for high quality content creation, proof-reading and communication; fluency in another European language is a plus (e.g. German, French).
