Job Description & Summary

In our Shared Service Centre (SSC) we are currently seeking an AR & Billing Specialist to join our dynamically growing team. As an Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.

Work in the PwC SSC is specific and different from work in other departments of our company. It combines the advantages of working in a well established SSC and at the same time in the unique and dynamic environment of the largest consultancy network in the world.

What will be your responsibilities?

- provide administrative and accounting support to clients administered by the SSC

- control, verify and prepare bills for final processing

- process final outgoing invoices (AR) according to internal procedures

- support the company in optimizing our financial transactions and systems by performing reconciliation of payments and customer accounts

- communicate discrepancies to management team, identify slow-paying customers, and recommend collection candidates

- dunning process

- strengthen and grow relationships with clients by communicating with customers regarding past-due accounts

- assist in streamlining the accounts receivable process by identifying areas for process improvements

- ensure timely and accurate month-end closing and financial reporting

- communicate with English speaking clients in order to resolve routine queries and problems

Personality requirements and skills

- experience in a similar position

- fluent English language spoken and written (B2)

- experience with SAP S/4 and Coupa is an advantage

- sense of detail and precision required

- strong organizational & technical skills with a desire to seek new learning opportunities

- ability to think and plan ahead, be flexible

- ability to work as part of a team, whether with your colleagues or the practice with the ability to share and collaborate, creating a positive team spirit
