The role of Portfolio Manager manages and optimizes the project and development portfolio to ensure alignment with strategic goals, value delivery, and effective resource utilization, while overseeing portfolio governance, prioritization, and performance and promoting agile and lean portfolio management practices in close collaboration with stakeholders.

What will be your daily responsibilities?
* Lead and manage the project and development portfolio to ensure strategic alignment, optimal value delivery, and efficient utilization of resources across the organization.
* Oversee portfolio governance, prioritization, performance monitoring, risk management, and decision-making processes to ensure initiatives deliver the expected outcomes within scope, schedule, and budget.
* Collaborate closely with stakeholders across functions and regions to support end-to-end program and project execution, promote agile and lean portfolio management practices, and continuously improve portfolio management ways of working.

What would you need to be successful in this role?
* Proven experience in portfolio, program, or project management within a complex, multi-functional, and global environment.
* Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills combined with the ability to translate strategy into actionable plans and results.
* Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
* Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities, mitigate risks, and drive continuous improvement.

We offer you the basic salary starting from 4.390 Euro/gross, but the final compensation will be agreed with regard to your experience.
