* Develop and maintain contract-stage schedules from award through close-out, integrating engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning into a single coherent plan
* Apply CPM analysis and float management to identify risks and opportunities early, advising Project Directors on mitigation strategies
* Prepare progress reports, S-curves and deviation analyses for internal and contractual audiences, keeping customers, partners and suppliers informed
* Ensure compliance with company guidelines and procedures; maintain a robust as-built schedule documenting baseline versus actual execution
* Support onboarding and mentoring of Project Schedulers and provide schedule representation with external partners and clients

Ihr Profil:

* 3+ years in project scheduling within an EPC environment, with solid knowledge of civil and plant business across the full lifecycle
* Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project, with solid MS Office skills and knowledge of PM methodologies
* Ability to apply CPM and float management to complex multi-discipline schedules and translate data into clear recommendations
* Strong verbal and written proficiency in English
* Bachelor's Degree of Science or equivalent in Engineering, Project Management, or a related technical discipline
