Description:

Marsh is currently seeking a revenue accountant fluent in English and Spanish to manage the billing and revenue cycle.

This role will be based in Madrid (Avenida de Burgos). In the first month you will be required to work from the office. After that, you can opt for the hybrid working model, which allows you to work from home 2 days per week.

This is a temporary one-year contract to cover a maternity leave.

We will count on you to:
* Review project setup in the revenue systems.
* Bill clients in accordance with the billing schedule and applicable regulations.
* Follow up on outstanding receivables with project directors and/or clients.
* Coordinate as needed with the offshore shared service center that processes client cash receipts.
* Respond to ad-hoc requests from Partners regarding project economics.

What you need to have:
* Accounting education preferred but not mandatory (depending on experience).
* High level of written and spoken English and Spanish.
* Detail-oriented.
* Ability to work independently and meet month-end deadlines.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
