Here in Regulatory Affairs Documentation Department, we collect all the needed regulatory information concerning our products into documents for dsm-firmenich customers, so they comply with applicable legislation worldwide.
As a documentation department you'll get to know all dsm-firmenich products related documents and get familiar with several requirements and questionnaires from our customers.

Your key responsibilities
* Collate and evaluate requests for Perfumery & Beauty (P&B) Documentation team, ensuring that the proper documentation is sent to intenal and external clients on time and in full compliance;
* Undertake compliance reviews and prepare complex regulatory documentation independently, for internal and external customer requests and to support product submissions relating to the compliance of dsm-firmenich items;
* When changes to internal, client, government or industry standards takes place assist in the review of current customer formula to determine where changes may need to be made to ensure ongoing compliance;
* Be the subject matter expert for specific for specific and complex regulatory topics for RA Documentation Team and RA Bu Team, like global KGA POC and global P&B alignment;
* Prepare, validate, train and communicate Standard Operational Procedures;
* Provide support and guidance expertise to Specialists and other BU/Group colleagues

You bring
* University Degree in one of the following areas: Chemistry, Biology, Pharmacy or another related scientific field;
* 5 years expertise in Regulatory Affairs, ideally with experience in the related industry segments.
* Advanced user of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, IS tools);
* High level of English and Spanish, any other language will be a plus;
* Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and present complex and/or new ideas with clarity and simplicity;
* Strong people leadership skills: can inspire, Influence, and motivate others to perform. Can provide and accept feedback from others; Experience in team management is desirable
* Flexibility to support Business needs and to work during bank holidays.
* Strong Business Acumen: can understand and master change management, drive technology and automation for change.
* Strong drive and continuously looking for ways to improve and simplify to gain efficiencies
