About this position

What you´ll do

* Apply lean manufacturing tools to achive targets fixed by the management
* Monitors the quality of output to identify or discard re-manufacture faulty products
* Maintains accurate daily production records so that manufacturing performance can be analyzed
* Design, implement and maintain systems to collect and analyze data for critical product and process parameters.
* Use this data to identify process losses.
* Work with line management to prioritize improvement opportunities.
* Eliminate or reduce (prioritized) losses through making process or work system changes.
* Participate in the daily direction-setting process (SIM) - report results, flag issues and request resources.
* Own critical daily management systems, e.g. centre-lining (run-to-target).
* Share and reapply learning across processes, modules and plants.
* Prepare and give training on process/equipment changes.

What makes you a good fit

* A Bachelor`s degree in Engineering or in a related field
* At least internship/1 year of experience in a process engineer role and in industrial environment
* Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to engage and lead a cross functional team
* Have a proven ability to learn rapidly
* Strong communication skill
* Strong change management skills that can persuade & lead with conviction
* Ability to mature, grow and develop within the company
* Fluent English
