As a Brand Marketing Manager for Dairy, you will be directly responsible for leading our agenda in terms of building a superior portfolio, improving our mental availability and ensuring excellence in execution in stores.

What will be your challenges?
* Be responsible for brand strategy.
* You will design brand architecture, innovation, best in class packaging & communication campaigns, rooted on strong consumer insights and executed with excellence and attention to detail.
* You will ensure brand management through market analysis, deep consumer and shopper understanding.
* You will define and implement the brand marketing plan to reach sales & profits goals, analysis of results and budget management, ensuring a constant collaboration & networking with internal and external partners.

We believe that it is positive to have:

* Higher education in Business/Marketing/Economics or similar, as well as previous experience between 8-10 years in FMCG environment and a high level of English.
* Strong experience on portfolio projects management, from define phase to execution.
* Ideally previous experience on different areas: shopper & trade background, business/P&L Management and portfolio management.
* Skills:
