Aufgaben

We are looking for a person to join the Controlling department of Mercedes-Benz España in Madrid, who performing the following functions:
Your main functions will be:
* Special Campaigns approvals.
* Control of Pricing of vehicles in accordance with Internal regulations.
* Cost Controlling: month end closing bookings, follow up budgets.
* Travel Expenses: master data maintenance in Concur applications, checking the appropriateness of the expenses according with Internal Guidelines.
* VAT recovering: Calculation and preparation of the files.
* Management Reports: travel expenses, special discounts, Marketing and G&A.

Qualifikationen

* Knowledge of Windows Office Package
* High level English oral and written
* Grade on Business Administration, Economy or similar
